We submit expenses in periods:

• 1st to 15th (1st Half) and 16th to end of month (2nd Half)
• Report Name Exs: Nov 1st Half, Nov 1/2, Nov 2nd half, Nov 2/2

That way you aren't submitting multiple reports as you incur expenses it just gets us into a good habit of doing it once or twice max in the month.

• Your expenses from Nov 1-15th are on 1 report and your expenses from Nov 16th-30th are on another report. If you don’t have a lot of expenses for the period, you can submit 1 report for the entire month/both periods and title it “November”.

Business Purpose

Please be descriptive in your Business Purpose entry for all expenses to document what you did on a given day.

City of Purchase

Please ensure the City of Purchase entry corresponds with the Business Purpose entry
