Return the rental car to location you rented from, when possible. • Type of Vehicle: Standard or Full- Size unless carpooling 5+ people • Mileage Type: Book “unlimited mileage” vehicles instead of vehicles you pay by mile • Expensing Gas: While using rental cars, you can expense gas used during business use; If there is no receipt, take a picture of bank statement. Use the “fuel” entry on Concur.
